             Valerie Ugro was born in Austin, Texas in 1950.  She specializes in landscapes in watercolor and acrylic paintings.  She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts-Studio Arts, and a Master's Degree in Biobehavioral Sciences.  She has a special connection with the natural world around her.  Quietly observing, and absorbing, what nature has to offer.
