NVAA MEMBERSHIP FORM

Membership in the NVAA is non-juried, and is open to all visual artists living in the Northern half of Vermont.  Dues are $15 annually, and the dues year runs from Jan. 1st to Dec. 31st.  To join, fill out this form, and mail it, along with your check made out to "NVAA" to: NVAA P.O.
