Dee hopes that her photography will benefit its observers with clarity and calmness.  Dee Beers is a Vermont native, however, she has not always lived in Vermont.  Dee lived in Virginia for six years, and then in Boulder, Colorado for fourteen years.  It was in Boulder that Dee first became interested in photography as an art, and thus attended classes at the Boulder Photo Shop.  There she learned the history and mechanics of the camera, along with techniques in creating artistic photographs. She also acquired some dark room experience in these classes. Dee continues to focus on the art of seeing and composing a great picture through advanced classes and self-study.

    Over the years, Dee has created many opportunities to enhance her photographic skills while traveling with her husband to Europe, Russia, Scandinavia, the Mediterranean, the Netherlands, and many places throughout the United States.  Dee is now back in Vermont, and is devoting much of her time to the enjoyment of of capturing special moments in everything that she sees.
