Joann “Rig” DiNicola  Arte di Luna Studio 892 Mason Road Randolph, Vermont 05060 802-728-9472 lourig@comcast.net

I have lived in Randolph, Vermont for over 33 years working as an art educator in the public schools for nineteen of those years. Recently, I have retired from teaching in the public schools to concentrate on creating my own art.

I am a signature member of the Vermont Watercolor Society and a member of the Vermont Arts Council, the Bryan Memorial Gallery in Jeffersonville, Vermont and the Northern Vermont Artist Association.

I work in a variety of media. Primarily, I work in transparent watercolor, pastel and acrylic paint. My work is signed “Rig”, and I create my art in my home studio named “The Arte di Luna Studio”. I work on commission and sell paintings through exhibits in galleries.

My goal is to create works that tell a story about my subject and connects with the viewer in multiple ways. I love doing portraits of people, animals, and old cars but I am expanding my subject matter and experimenting with new ways of creating my art.
